Original Paintings – Free Global Shipping

We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping for all original paintings. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. In the rare event of damage during transit, the artist assumes full responsibility until the artwork is delivered to you by the carrier.

Prints – Region-Specific Shipping

• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for prints within Australia and Dubai.

• International Shipping: For clients outside these regions, prints can be shipped at an additional cost. Prints will be delivered rolled in a protective tube to ensure safe and economical transport.

• The shipping cost for international print orders will be calculated based on the nearest printing location — either from a city within Australia or Dubai, depending on proximity.

Returns and Damaged Items

If any artwork arrives damaged and needs to be returned:

• The client will cover the return shipping cost.

• A full refund will be issued by the artist once the returned artwork is received in its original condition.

We are committed to delivering your art in perfect condition and will work closely with you to resolve any issues swiftly and fairly.

Packaging

To ensure safe and cost-effective delivery, especially for international orders, artwork and prints are securely packaged and shipped rolled in a durable protective tube. This method prevents creasing and damage during transit, allowing your artwork to arrive in perfect condition — ready for framing or display.
